Travel Impactful is not responsible for airfare to and from Bali, Indonesia.
Excluded items also include:
Tips or gratuities for drivers, guides, hotel staff, or porters
Alcoholic beverages, non-included drinks, souvenirs, personal items, or laundry services
Medical expenses or additional costs resulting from delays, political events, or unforeseen weather
Optional excursions or treatments not listed in your package (unless specified as included)
Gratuities for additional spa or wellness services
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 USD is required upon registration to reserve your spot.
Final payment is due no later than 90 days before the retreat start (by March 27, 2026).
Payment plans, if selected, must be followed as agreed during registration.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

At Travel Impactful, your safety and peace of mind are our top priority. We require all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip — including medical emergencies, trip delays, and cancellations.
We strongly recommend selecting a policy that includes coverage for all non-refundable costs associated with your retreat, as well as medical protection while traveling abroad.
If you wish to include “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage, please note that most insurance providers require this to be purchased within 14 days of your initial trip deposit. We encourage you to consult your preferred travel insurance company as soon as possible to ensure eligibility and full coverage.
Failure to obtain travel insurance may result in financial loss for which Travel Impactful! cannot be held responsible.
By participating in this retreat, you acknowledge that travel, yoga, and group activities involve inherent risks — including but not limited to: illness, injury, natural disasters, pandemics, travel delays, limited medical care, or political disruptions.
You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold Travel Impactful, its founders, leaders, affiliates, and local partners harmless from any liability arising before, during, or after your participation — including negligence.
In consideration of your participation, you agree not to file any claim or lawsuit against Travel Impactful, its affiliates, or representatives for injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of your participation in this retreat.
This release applies to all claims, including those caused by negligence or unforeseen circumstances (acts of God, pandemics, theft, or travel interruptions).
Under no circumstances shall Travel Impactful’s liability exceed the land cost of the retreat.
Refund requests must follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy outlined below.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA, and any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
All deposits are non-refundable.
179–120 days before departure: 80% of the trip price is forfeited
119–0 days before departure: 100% of the trip price is non-refundable
Travel insurance is required for all participants and must include trip cancellation and medical coverage.
If the retreat is canceled by Travel Impactful, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Travel Impactful is not responsible for flight cancellations, missed connections, or other costs outside the land package.
Participants must provide accurate personal and medical information at registration.
Passports, visas, and vaccinations (if applicable) are the participant’s responsibility.
Participants are expected to follow retreat guidelines and respect the culture, people, and environment of Bali.
Travel Impactful is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays beyond its control, including acts of nature, illness, or political events.
Participants acknowledge that all activities are voluntary and at their own risk.
Travel Impactful promotes a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Participants engaging in such behavior may be removed from the retreat without refund.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking.
While every effort will be made to accommodate, some requests may be limited by location or resources.
Photos and videos may be captured during the retreat for promotional use by Travel Impactful.
If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify us in writing prior to the retreat start date.
Guests may extend their trip or add curated excursions at an additional cost.
Requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability.
Content provided during retreats or on our website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice.
Travel Impactful disclaims all liability for personal decisions made based on retreat content.
While every effort is made to create a meaningful and transformative experience, Travel Impactful does not guarantee specific personal outcomes. Transformation is a personal process unique to each participant.
