By using our services, you are signifying your agreement with the following terms and conditions, on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party. 

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: You will be required to pay the minimum deposit per person when booking. Once deposit is made, you're also agreeing to our terms and conditions. All deposits are non-refundable after 21 days. Final payment is required no less than 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Any payments not followed per the agreement will result in cancellation or additional charges due to changes in exchange rate when applicable. I Fly 4 Tours accepts various forms of payment but to name a few Zelle, debit card, or credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.). Should you wish us to charge your credit card, we may require you to read and sign a credit card charge form. You agree that any fees charged by I Fly 4 Tours are non-refundable, including without limitation the Service Fees and/or the Change Fee.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance to make sure you are protected. I Fly 4 Tours assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity by reason of (1) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of its suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of I Fly 4 Tours, or (5) acts of God.

PASSPORTS: All individuals traveling from the United States of America must be in possession of a valid passport. Always check to make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended travel dates. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. To avoid interruption in your travel planes or unnecessary charges you can confirm this information with the United States Department of State or the representative government agency of the country to which you are traveling to confirm the requirements for visas and/or other requirements for admission to your destination. 

HEALTH AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure you have engaged the proper people/departments regarding health requirements, health advisories, or health travel restrictions applicable to your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. You must comply with local government regulations. You can check with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention for current information prior to and during your travel. www.cdc.gov.

CANCELLATION: Please understand that most travel bookings are non-refundable and cancelled bookings will incur charges. These cancellation charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If the cancellation of your tour causes us to face any liability for the cancellation or charge for any booking that you cancel, you agree to reimburse us for the amount of that fee or charge.

AMENDMENT: Here at I Fly 4 Tours. we reserve the right to modify any of these terms at any time without prior notice. If we make any changes they will be posted on the website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. The applicable terms that apply are those in effect at the time you make booking with us.
