Terms and Conditions Agreement 

This agreement is between AFH Podcast LLC, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the purchaser of a trip, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer."

1. Booking and Payment:

• The Customer agrees to pay the total cost of the trip as outlined in the booking confirmation.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

• Failure to make full payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

• The Customer may cancel their booking subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If applicable, refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policy and may be subject to administrative fees.

• The Company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Customer.

3. Changes and Amendments:

• The Customer may request changes or amendments to their booking subject to availability and any applicable fees.

• The Company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations as necessary, with reasonable notice to the Customer.

4. Travel Documents and Insurance:

• The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, prior to departure.

• The Customer is strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen belongings.

5. Liability:

• The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by the Customer during the trip, unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company.

• The Customer agrees to release the Company from any liability for acts of God, natural disasters, or other events beyond the Company's control.

6. Governing Law:

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If no resolution can be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York State.

By purchasing a trip from AFH Podcast LLC, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
