I've been there too...

My journey into this work didn't begin as a facilitator, but as someone desperately seeking answers.
 

For years, I struggled with the feeling of guilt for my life choices.

No matter what I tried... Therapy, coaching, meditation, journaling, the same patterns kept emerging. I was stuck in indecision, addictions, anxiety, had difficulties making any decisions... 

It wasn't until I experienced my first Family Constellation that I understood WHY.

In that session, I discovered I was unconsciously carrying my grandfather's burden of being an alcoholic and my grandmother's anger. The moment that dynamic was revealed and honored, something profound shifted inside me.

 

Within months, I had found my peace and my confidence!

 

This experience transformed my understanding of human behavior and led me to train extensively in Systemic Constellation Work with the most impactful teachers around the world.
