The quoted rate includes current taxes, surcharges, service fees, and passenger facility charges (PFC). Any additional taxes levied by airports prior to travel dates will be the responsibility of the group.
A minimum of ten (10) passengers must travel to the same round-trip destination on the same flights to qualify for the fare guarantee. If the group falls below 10 passengers, the rate will revert to applicable published fares.
Cancellations or reductions in airfare can be made up to 60 days prior to departure without penalty. For American Airlines and JetBlue, between 30 and 60 days prior to departure, the group can reduce 10% from the space committed. Within 30 days of departure, tickets are issued and become non-refundable. Southwest Airlines issues tickets 45 days prior to departure, and once issued, they are non-refundable.
JetBlue requires a $50 per person non-refundable deposit, and name changes incur a $100 per person fee. For American and Southwest Airlines, names can be changed up to two (2) business days prior to departure without a fee.
Hotel:
Groups can cancel or reduce the number of hotel rooms up to 60 days prior to arrival without penalty. Between 14 and 60 days prior to arrival, the group can reduce an additional 20% of rooms committed on the 60th day prior date. Any reductions made within 14 days of arrival will result in penalties assessed by the hotel.
Ground Transportation:
All vans and cars must be returned with a full tank of fuel. Failure to do so will result in being billed accordingly by AllSports International.
Customers are liable for all tolls incurred during the rental period and will be billed accordingly by AllSports International upon return of the vehicle.
In the case of charter bus rentals, if the team reduces in size, they are still subject to the original amount billed for the bus. This means that the per-person cost could increase, and the group will be liable for any additional charges incurred due to the reduction in team size.
